The darcylear.com YouTube channel is going strong with nearly 10,000 views. Some of the most popular content is the before and after answers to commonly-asked job interview questions.
I ask unsuspecting “candidates” (gracious volunteer students) common job interview questions without giving them any time to prepare. Then we spend a few minutes workshopping their answers to show what just a bit of time, attention, practice and polishing can do.
